Our History

J99 Corp. is a holding company that is committed to bringing benefits to the surrounding through its business units engaged in various fields. J99 Corp is headquartered in Jakarta and was officially established in 2020 with the spirit of #InspiringTheNation while overseeing business units spread across Jakarta, Cikarang, Surabaya, and Malang, East Java. J99 Corp continues to strive to meet the diverse needs of society through quality products and services, and also fulfill social responsibility in the environment and society.

2013

The initial milestone in the emergence of MS GLOW as a beauty brand that has the motto Magic for Skin with a sales system utilizing social media.

2017

The establishment of MS GLOW aesthetic clinics for the first time in Malang, East Java. This is a proof of innovation and development to expand MS GLOW services in the field of face and body care.

2018

The establishment of PT Kosmetika Global Indonesia, as a manufacturing business unit. As well as the start of the Juragan 99 Trans Bus land transportation service business unit which began its journey in the tourism sector.

2019

The expansion of the facial and skincare market began with the establishment of MS GLOW for MEN. The product range is a complement to fulfill men's skincare needs.

2020

The establishment of the parent company J99 Corp as an umbrella for all cross-industry business units that house all brands. J99 Corp has a position as a center of expertise and is the control center of the company. This year also saw the establishment of J99 Foundation as a platform to carry out corporate social and environmental responsibility.

2021

The company continues to develop innovations and breakthroughs in various directions, giving birth to various other business units such as Kosme Nutrition, Kosme Pack to the fashion sector.

2022

The launch of Jiwater, the first artesian water from Indonesia that is processed using cutting-edge technology.

2023
