J99 Corp, through one of its subsidiaries, PT Kosmetika Global Indonesia (Kosme), supports the regional creative economy program which is held for internal FEB students at Brawijaya University, Malang. Through the Management Entrepreneur Day 2022 program, J99 Corp seeks to support the progress of human resources in Indonesia.
Director of Human Resources J99 Corp, Suluk Waseso Segoro, revealed that this support is in line with the mission of the President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia as stated in the mission of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises, namely the realization of an advanced Indonesia that is sovereign, independent and has a mutual cooperation personality. The aim is to improve the quality of Indonesian people who are productive, equitable and competitive.
In the activity entitled 'Rise and Shine: It's Business Time' which took place on 24-25 May 2022, he said that J99 Corp opened up business opportunities as a stepping stone to achieving higher success.
"Anyone is capable of entrepreneurship, including students, as long as they can read opportunities, are persistent, and are able to fulfill market desires," said Suluk in a written statement, Tuesday (24/5/2022).
He explained that PT Kosme is a company that has a core business, namely manufacturing cosmetics and marklone. One of the products produced from this business line is MS Glow.
Looking at this business model, Suluk added that every student or general public who wants to start a business in the cosmetics sector does not have to have a factory. Because, people can 'Trust Your Products with Us and Become a Beautypreneur' to start getting involved in the cosmetics business.
Not only supporting students at the Management Entrepreneur 2022 event, Suluk said that his party also opened an internship program at J99 Corp and its business group. According to him, this effort is in line with J99 Corp's mission to contribute to providing opportunities for human resources to grow and develop with the company.
With this mission, he continued, J99 Corp contributes to the millennial generation to develop their talents through programs that are prepared optimally and comprehensively. He also assessed that the opening of this internship opportunity was also in line with the statement of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology regarding Freedom of Learning on Independent Campuses (MBKM).
This is also a golden opportunity for students to improve their competencies independently. As well as increasing the ability to collaborate with the aim of producing the best graduates, namely superior human resources who can compete on the international stage.
